I feel like increasing his rune cooldown isn't really the right direction to nerf his rune. I feel like a healing per second nerf and duration nerf for his rune would be better, because even if you do shoot the rune, they regenerate so much health anyway because of the high base heals it gives.

Loki is strong but he's very hard on console. Not only do I need to make big brain moves but I also have to endure the messy controls
I never thought about but I can see how placing clones and teleport can be cumbersome. Best advice I got for ya is you don’t have to look at your clones to tp to them. If there’s no target you tp to the closest in range. Other than that you’re on your own. Good luck console player 😂 lol

My problem with loki is his ult, I don't know when to use it, I can't use it as a counter to dps ult because it take time
You dont have to ult immediately. Esp if your other supp doesnt have ult you can copy someone at the start of the fight then hold it till you need the ult. Some times you waste it but better than trying to time it perfect and dying with it
Also, your ult is more for settign things up, its not the last thing to happen usually. What i mean is, you ult as luna or c&d, forces them to defensive ult. Now your dps or other support carries with their ult
It comes with experience, you should be able to feel how the battle is going. Let's use Luna ult as an example. Your Luna ults after about 8 seconds you check the battle and ask yourself (do we need another Luna ult to win this battle) if the answer is yes or I think so then copy Luna and be ready to ult after she ults. You could also copy dps ults for example storm and kill the supports to win the battle, etc. You'll learn by playing

He didn't, the other Sue put it on him. You can just about see he put his shield on the Thing on the payload.
