Chapter 106: New Characters and New Club. Enter wanna be Detective and the Deka Club. Everyone was following or stalking each other in an circle lmfao. Chapter 127: Kid Time! A fair bit of this was in the anime. Boss & Himeko playing house was too realistic lmfao. Chapter 133-135: School Trip extra moments. Their trials of the toilet and the bath cracked me up, suprised it wasn't in the anime, was pretty tame. Chapter 139: Name Game. So many names and so many phones....... whatever happened the the lost soldier figure. |

| Chapter 151: New School Song. Utter nonsense song, didn't the principal learn his lesson about asking the Sket-dan for help already. I'm guessing the jingle probably kept this out of the anime. Chapter 157-158: Misunderstanding. This chapter plays out differently than the anime. In episode 75 it sets up the dickhead teacher with Himeko speaking to Ninja and learning about his past. Here when they talk Boss is watching, mishearing a lot and getting odd feelings when he thinks Ninja is asking Himeko out. Then we see Boss thinks they are going out, making him act weird, guess he's still doesn't understand why he feels that way. Also Boss playing with Beyblade, Let is Rip Boss. Chapter 159: Another Bullshit game from Master Won. Apologise to Karuta........ Himeko has a favourite card and won't let anyone else have it.... where have I heard that before...XD.... Boss' passion for the game was on fire. Chapter 160: Consequences in a Gag Manga. A Discipline Committee, the Sket-dan almost got expelled, but side characters come to the rescue. The head of the committee turns out to have a backstory where he was just like Boss..... but with his visor, lmfao. Sket-dan are now temporarily set up in the Student Council room, oh the possibilites. Chapter 161: Sket-dan vs Student Council. So many cases, who can solve the most. Tsubaki hoeing out Lunch Jr, I've never been prouder of him. Boss, 'I choose you Housuke!' Boss and Tsubaki trade jobs...... this is gonna be good. Chapter 162: Switching Places. Boss and Tsubaki find out each others jobs aint that easy. Boss barely lasted, stuffy meetings clearly aint his thing. |

| Chapter 164: Popularity Poll Two. This time it's a quiz show, but silly choices still got rated high, too many wanna-be jokers sending in postcards. Also everytime I see the quiz duo all I can think is qwestion, qwestion. Chapter 165: Penalty Time. Boss becomes a stickman and Tsubaki just can't get used to it. Can't believe all the girls wanted to touch Boss' stick part....... Chapter 166: New Club Room. The Director has had the club room fixed and installed 'useful' improvements. Switch now has several levels to build a bunch of crap. Chapter 168: The Don't Laugh Challenge. Himeko just can't keep it together. Her make up job at the end, very Death Metal. Chapter 170-171: Shut in. A set up to a christmas party becomes helping a shut in take a step out. Switch's past is hinted at but the story has still not been told, I hope it's soon. Chapter 172: Co-op. Boss gets addicted to Monster Hunter and Tsubaki ends up joining him. These bro stories are the best, I love them. Chapter 173: A lesson never learned. Lesson One: Never drink the cola. Lesson Two: Never drink the fucking cola. Lesson Three: Put that cola down now ya fucking idiot! Chapter 180: Gintama Crossover. Unlike the anime Housukei is here. Shinpachi wanted to go to Fishman Island lmfao. A little different from the anime version. It ends leading into what must have been the crossover in the Gintama manga. |

| Volume 21 Felt like a short volume since I've seen some of these chapters in the first half already adapted in the anime. From Quecchon to Usami, the hot girls in this series are a pain to deal with, lmao. Valentine's Day begins on a similar note if you look how long it takes to make or choose chocolate. Choosing a drink to get a chick drunk seems easier 👌🏻 Bossun and Switch are unsurprisingly popular. That said, I totally forgot about Switch's trauma. This one will be a tough nut to crack and I'm already looking forward to the next drama arc. I liked that Momoka made clear that she hasn't given up in the slightest. A rather short post, but I didn't feel like going into trivial details here xS |

| Volume Twenty One 3 Minute Horror Film: So Switch is a horror fan, also Visual K as a vampire, pretty accurate considering how vapid modern day vampire shows/films are. Himeko be getting on well with Ninja, gotta do something Boss or you'll lose her. Valentines and Himeko still not being honest with herself, at least Momoko is. I never thought about Switch not being ready for love with everything that happened. No Yabasu for Valentines day, a missed opportunity lmfao. |

| Volume Twenty Two Even in a sci-fi setting story Switch's inventions are crap. Gesu chapter, that little sleeze, wait did my inner perv get Isekai'd into the manga...... Boss becomes a figurine master and screws up when it comes to the contest, Origami all over again. Ninja and Samurai Jr become buddies and rivals, I like it. The Director's past is revealed, and it all turns out to be true, he even married his deliquent. More Gesu, so the Prez allowed their club, it was only a matter of time before Tsubaki disbanded it. That they upheld their beliefs until the end is all that matters, I guess they will have to spend their own money if they want reference materials in the future lmfao. The final chapter and the first two of the next volume cover the ova so I read them too, so from chapter 201 of volume twenty three it's all new content. Also chapter 200 had an awesome colour spread so I added it as a picture in the club. |

| Volume 22 Wait, wasn't there the same Gundam reference already. I could swear the colony drop was featured in one of the earlier episodes.. Samurai and Ninja team up was low-key my favorite chapter from this volume. Been so long since we've seen Shinpei and the team up with Katou was nice. Director's crazy senile old man story was of course true. I'll be damned if Bossun and Himeko end up married. @JokerVentura Ha, this time you got the volume number wrong xD After reading the figurine chapters I gotta ask, did they resonate more with you than most other chapters. A play for graduation, Lunch Jr did well, there's gotta be a backstory at some point for the whole Bunny situation. Graduation time for the third years, that was sweet and a little sad, goodbye Prez..... oh and Ladies Man. That interview really was a disaster, how many adverts do you need... Damn that guy is a good salesman, that head seemed like something Switch would invent. |

| Volume 23 The fish drawing reminded me of Luffy's haha. I didn't really get the Tsukkomi chapter, the cultural barrier was too strong. "Boys are like the small eraser at the end of a mechanical pencil" I gotta remember this one. Usami still struggling with herself. There were two instances were I almost thought she got a grip, but nope xD Bunny saved the day and provided excitement in more than one way. From kakaka to tears. | Volume 24 I was so into the sakura viewing picknick setting that I totally forgot that one shouldn't drink anything around Chuu-san and the klutz Onee-san. These two are a lethal duo. God, someone needs to protect their children. (Btw, translation of awful is pretty yabas.) And it doesn't end there. Assigning the students to their new class was a disaster too. From delinquent yakuza hell class to the ultimate graduation class. They got me in the first half again, lmao. The "motivational" speech at the beginning of the new school year can be forgiven, Chuu-san loves his students. RIP delinquent class on the other hand. I can't imagine that even a single one of them will graduate or make a half decent class rep xD They should transfer to Otokojuko or get Onizuka. Captain was a safe choice. That said, I liked Yuuki's idea to turn the studdnt body into cult members. The final year also begged the question who's gonna succeed Sket-dan. I guess the stage play was too deep for the average first year, but some really exceptionally talented brats showed up. Talented and cheeky..and arrogant.. and narcissistic...and they lacked heart. That is not to say that they're a completely lost cause, at least they got potenial, I will give em that. Bossun showed these rookies what Sket-dan is really all about. His dad would be proud. Things became more mysterious towards the end. "The Case of Nakatani" and Bossun almost became victim of an unfortunate mix up. |

| Volume Twenty Four Student Council Camp, the girls bath talk was funny and the shared t-shirt was sweet. Cherry Blossom Viewing and another scientific experiment, cheerful Sadako was weird, also they're third years now. Boss' little sister is now a first year, wonder if she'll be in the story more now. Damn, it looked like Boss was about to spend the third year in a deliquent class, what a mess up lmfao. Class Rep battle, Otaku and Switch have the right idea, degenerates unite. What a play, I could feel the genius behind their story, it was peak fiction.... wait who are these three little shits!? Oh so the three little shits wanna take over the club, I don't like them...... A battle for the club, the little shits get there first, but Boss see's beyond the request for help. Hmmm so there gonna be a different version of the Sket-dan, meh they're not needed. Who the hell is Nakatani-san from Class A!? I just put it down to how women always mention people like you're suppose to know who the fuck they're talking about..... Looks like Boss was never meant to know, that kidnap moment lmfao. |

| Volume Twenty Five Boss decides to prove he could be Prez, I would say it was a great success. Rumi has to decide what club to join, man so many weirdo clubs, I thought at the end she was gonna join the three brats, thankfully not, the school newspaper is a good fit. Another oddball has joined the school, the brats can't help him, probably because they're F Tier helpers. Old School Shounen turns out to be a good, but shy guy. Thanks to the Sket-dan and Rumi he manages to make friends. Boss gets super glued and then when he needs help he's abandonded..... there's a point where setting up jokes make the other MC look bad. Serious Teacher turns out to have passion that he hides, he's really a Rakagou Teacher. Nice two parter, gotta love Rakagou. Gesu gets a date, but he stays true to the Gesu way of life in the end..... what a moron, lmfao. So the Sensei are finally getting married, Science Sensei just has to meet his future family..... damn how do they even remember to breath. Tsubaki really has no awareness, imagine not even realising bullets and explosives are being fired at you, Tsubaki the Space Cadet. | Volume 25 Sneaky of Bossun to use Prez words in his favor. Expectations vs reality choosing club edition. Rumi is a bit superficial, she may grow out of it. However, I wouldn't let her join the anime club xD The newspaper club suits the prying part of her personality. "Gaou can't communicate" My guy is straight out of Hokuto no Ken and Otokojuko. Hilarious chapter and one of the best character additions in a while. Only nitpick is that the translated version I read didn't have the romanji of the phrases used. A translator note would've been nice. Good idea to design such a similar looking packaging and to display super glue in the cosmetic section. New sensei trying to play it cool with a passion for Rakugo and even greater passion for students. That was a wholesome conclusion. Now imagine him if he teached the delinquent class instead.. I'm sure we would've seen the debut of another Rakugoka. For now we gotta content ourselves with marriage, of Chuu-san and Oneesan that is. These parents are something else. | Volume Twenty Six I'm finding it hard to pick which stories are the most nonsense, the Roman ones or the Master Won ones. Golden Week Arc. Boss leaves Himeko out of a camping trip, kinda mean, so she's set up a girls trip to Osaka to see her old friend. Shit happens though and ends up being the Sket-dan in Osaka, clearly the way it should be. Damn, that arc went dark quickly. What a scumbag trying sell Himeko off to the Yakuza. Boss comes to the rescue and I think Himeko finally realises how she feels for him. Just like Origami and figures, Boss is now hooked on magic and screws up in the end just like before. Head-Brat's secret is revealed, damn he looks nothing like his big sis. Gotta love when they do a nice arc, hopefully we get more like this and seriously, where is the arc showing how Boss saved Switch!? @FMmatron Ah so I'm guessing the Switch Arc is the Switch On 241-251, so between V27-V28. | Volume 26 I feel like Roman and Mikan would work well as a mangaka duo. The set up seemed casual yet the Osaka arc escalated quickly. What a binge. It's honestly a bit hard to take Yakuza and other crime organisations seriously after how Kiri traumatized these guys. I feel rather sorry. Good for them that the student council stayed in Tokyo. Well, on an average day even Himeko would've been enough to whoop asses, but Bossun had to play the hero again. Good for him that he didn't have to face some real gagngster, only some weak loser who turned scum. Lol @ everyone being in Osaka, why didn't I see this one coming.. Second Himeko arc wrapped up. @JokerVentura We're almost there. I think we should screw the volume a day order from here. That means, we will read the next few chapters and stop before the Switch arc, which we will read in another session. |

| Volume 27 + 28 Taxing day for Switch, family of giants, tsundere became a target without onii-chan, wannabe Sket-dan, smol Tsubaki, Genesis re-return, oh and the start of the Switch On. We learned about a hidden Kaimei website that's apparently a toxic breeding ground for cyberbullying until Switch took over to dish out "justice". I kinda saw the twist coming since Switch was my first suspect, lol. The super obvious Okuyama almost threw me off, tho. The script was super basic and predictable, so it's up to the characters to carry as always. Bossun was on fire. I liked his role here a lot more compared to him in the recent Osaka arc and how could you not get emotional after the first Switch backstory that laid the groundwork for the tension and cathartic moment. The follow up back then chapter was the icing on the cake. Very nice stuff overall. And kakaka @ chill Prez. Backround mvp tbh. It's a shame that this arc never got animated. Volume 29 Bossun almost turned into handsome squidward. Kaimei 5 looked like a boyband. Spy movie chapter felt kinda random. Dwayger x Erika sensei, ok cool, but what about J-son? The guy deserves his happy ending too. Yay, a birthday surprise.... that obviously flopped. Bossun's gold costume looked like fetish wear. Tsubaki and Rumi became siblings = instant regret Asuka didn't suffer the same fate as Ikarus and Himeko surprised with a dream. Easy going for her if even Onee-san made it 🤙🏻 The ninja training was fun, but the sports festival recap deserves a special shoutout. Last but not least the sequel no one was hoping to see. @JokerVentura shota x big oneesan lover cover. I guess I'm not gonna go for the remaining chapters tonight. Forgot that it was 288 chapters and not just ~270 |

| Volume Twenty Seven: 235-240 Switch running Sket-dan solo, it ain't easy multi-tasking. Gesu returns and this time he and Boss are hanging out outside school...... I knew Boss was a little Gesu. They come across Koma and damn her family are huge, and apparently so is her bra lmfao, Gesu holds his tongue but Boss screws up. Loved this chapter, also explains the cover for volume 27. Saya fanclub, whose name is a play on AKB48, pretty much treat her like an idol, and bully Boss in the end when they find out, poor Boss. A new Sket-dan, Sadako-Boss, Otaku-Switch and Samurai Deliquent, they did a good job in the end. Little Tsubaki, he really is a cute kid, Daisy and Boss succumbed to his cuteness, that Onii-chan at the end. More Master Won games nonsense. Cover:  |

| Volume Twenty Seven to Twenty Eight: 241-252 So how Boss saved Switch is revealed and what a tale. I kinda figured from the start Switch was the darkweb master. I always wondered how he went from a shut-in to his current personality. A shut in does have a lot of time on their hands, watching comedy and anime made Switch who he is lol. So Switch gave him the goggles, it's nice how Boss' look came from them both. Also Otaku was friends with Switch from the start and got him into anime, I always thought there were good friends despite how Switch acts. The look back was cool, Sadako and Switch's meeting was as expected lol, also the Gesu Crew lmfao, Prez really was too chill, gotta love that guy, and Himeko's collar came from Boss and is a wrestlers arm band, kakaka. Yeah it is a shame it never got animated, I think it wasn't out until after the anime ended, they mentioned the anime's last episode a few chapters ago. This page btw, epic!  |

That birthday surprise went horribly horribly wrong. Rumi and Tsubaki become true siblings...... it's too late dude, you now have a very needy sister lmfao. Thanks to Aviation Boy Himeko doesn't give up on her dream, I had a feeling she wanted to be a teacher. Visiting Ninja's home, his dad was a laugh, Boss really is a natural. | Volume Thirty Time Travel is a hell of a thing, I'd say poor Boss, but he kinda deserved it, even if you see up a skirt you say nothing, unless you're Gesu like Boss. Switch creates a mascot and Boss becomes the mascot....... This chapter made me think of Hoshi from Arakawa Under the Bridge. Retirement of Captain and Samurai, that was a sad chapter, Sket-dan don't have much time either. Beach chapter, sexy swimsuits, invisibity and Gesu, what a glorious mixture lmfao. Summer Festival, Saya is a good girl, but best girl position is already filled by Himeko. A Manga-ka needs assistants so obviously Roman is a big help.......drawing lines.... poor Boss having to do everything. Boss goes on a long short bike ride to discover himself, at least he met Ryan, this made me think of Honey & Clover. Viking huh, an interesting idea to put a winning comedy duo in the manga, the last part felt heartfelt, until they tied him back up lol. |

| Volume 30 Summerbreak volume and what better way to kick off than some time leaping, better than any beach chapter. I swear, between Switch and Chuu-san, it's kinda hard to decide who's the mad scientist here. The latter will never learn. The Gesu boys are grateful, haha. The process of creating a chapter is far more exciting than it seems at first glance. What would I've given to be there when some of my all time favorite manga chapters were in the making. The highlight chapters were retirement and Saaya coming to terms with her unrequited love. We're almost end game now and it's time to wrap more sub plots up. More closure and melancholy are always good. Although, the festival chapter should've been a two parter, felt a bit too rushed. @JokerVentura I had to think about Hachimitsu to Clover too and that mascot costume reminded me of the episode when Sket-dan was trapped. |

| Volume Thirty One Once again Boss and Switch prove they're creative muses are drunk, also Himeko's studying hasn't been too successful. Gotta love a Sadako chapter, nice horror set up to get back at the dickhead. Looks like her and Switch might go to the same University.... interesting. School Wedding, Chuu-san's reaction hit me in the feels and Boss ruined the atmosphere lol. The case of the mysterious cake, wipe the evidence off your lips student council. The brat club is back and a lesson is learned, they're half assed in their approach, git gud scrubs. Adult Switch and Boss were kinda douchey, Boss getting older and older, lmfao. Himeko realises how she feels and it's gotta do the old tease, they gotta conclude this stuff or leave it out entirely, shit gets annoying once you've seen it so many times. The Student Council and Sket-dan successors step up to the plate, Boss and Tsubaki finally call each other by their first names, finally become true bros. | Volume Thirty Two - Final Volume How did Cyclops and his Deliquent Wife end up with this for a kid!? Dudes a fcuking Dick-tator. Hmmm yeah pretty sad about your kid, doesn't mean you can pull this shit dude. So Boss has to use the School Festival to make the kid talk. Here's my ideal situation, Himeko and Switch are the ones to save Boss and Switch actually speaks, let's see what happens. So a theatrical walk rally, an interesting idea. Himeko is in charge of writing the script, she fumbles once, but then makes a good one. Switch is trying to reach out to the kid to find out why he's became unable to speak, but he says it's not because of bullying. Boss and Momo look to be trying to make Switch speak again and looks like Boss is still in contact with Ryan, lol. The class put on a great event, Sadako as the Evil Witch lmfao. So the boy is a girl with a boy's heart and doesn't speak to hide it. In the end Himeko and Switch certainly helped, but didn't save Boss, it looks like Switch might be ready to talk though. HOLY SHIT SWITCH SPOKE!!!!!! He also smiled. This would have been an epic anime moment. The end of an era, the Sket-dan retire, Boss even hands over the hat and googles.... Himeko manages to get into the University, the studying worked. Boss got in too, but then says he isn't going, what!? So Boss is gonna travel to world, Switch gave the speech and what a speech and Himeko let Boss know her feelings and of course he didn't understand.... Boss and Ryan travel the world and the story ends with a title drop. The series certainly nailed a perfect end for Switch. I'm not sure on the Himeko and Boss of it all. Himeko chosing to be a teacher and getting into University is cool. Boss' chosen path kinda fits, but I'm not sold on it. |

| Volume 31 Dante and Yuuki seeked out help from Sket- dan one last time. These gloomy fuckers were loyal customers that grew on me. Gonna miss them. Of course you would tear up when your students went the extra mile to arrange a wedding party for you. Beautiful conclusion to their little romance arc. But Jeeez, why so tight fisted Bossun? A night in a luxury hotel only would've enhanced the nice day, especially since it's not even your money. Mimori can spare it. And here I thought the Student council would ruin another birthday, what a silly misunderstanding. Ngl, felt like a literal filler chapter to make the quota. Old Bossun had me dying, lmao. Pun intended. Bossun x Himeko Himeko ain't happening. I don't see how it can fit in the last volume. There are more pressing matters. Whiping the next generation into shape for one. The student council went through radical changes in just a few years. From tight-arsed, to kakaka, genuine eyelashes boy to a fucking ninja. At least they don't have to worry about Kaimi getting in trouble with other schools. Kiri proved that he's a one man army and Usami finally opened. The course is set for the final big arc. Volume 32 The new board director forgot to take his chill pills. High stakes for the finale and a fitting final task for Sket-dan and 3-C, in particular for Switch. My boy really got to shine, but first things first. The rally reminded me so much of what we used to do in our summer camps. Our supervisors would dress up and set up checkpoints in the village, fun times and the nostalgia amplifed my enjoyment. It's also great how the mangaka highlighted individuality and helping out others as overarching themes. He tied things up really, really well overall. Sket-dan did a great job till the end. I couldn't help but feel wistful when they retired, then Switch came with the knockout. A picture says more than a thousand words.  The fact that it was so effective proves how loveable these characters were. I think this scene in and of itself would've already made for an impactful final chapter. Yet there's still more. Switch giving the graduation speech? It couldn't haven been more perfect xD I mentioned how things were tied up nicely, well, the speech and the graduation ceremony certainly drove the point home. This is what I love about shounen. Even better than Bossun ruining Himeko's confession like an anti simp. Based, enjoy your cola hahaha. I swear this is such a funny detail. I could go on and on about how beautiful these chapters were. Honestly, pretty much all panels deserve a comment, but ain't nobody got time for that. Strong conclusion to a hilarious school comedy will have to do. 9/10 Excuse me now, I have to cry myself to sleep 😭 |
